产品介绍
旋流器是利用离心力场,加速矿浆中固体颗粒沉降和强化分离过程的有效分离设备,它是由上部筒体和下部锥体两大部分组成的非运动型分离设备。当矿浆以渐开线或螺旋线方式由进料管进入筒体后,在强大的离心力场的作用下,迅速完成其全部分离过程。从上部溢流管得到粒度细而密度小的溢流产物,从下部沉砂嘴得到粒度粗而密度大的沉砂产物。
旋流器整体结构设计采用不同的径锥比和角锥比,以保证旋流器内浆料的最大切向速度,降低能量损失,获得最佳的分级浓缩效果。采用这项技术,在同等工况条件下达到同样的分级效果时,并可采用大直径旋流器代替多台小直径旋流器,以节省用户投资。
旋流器内衬耐磨层根据不同的物料特性和工况条件可采用刚玉陶瓷、特种橡胶、KM抗磨复合陶瓷、PD陶瓷修补材料、聚亚氨酯、碳化硅等制作。也可根据现场需要,针对旋流器结构中各部件的耐磨性要求,在同一台旋流器中的不同部位采用不同的材质来实现旋流器各部件的同步磨损,从而极大限度保证了分级精度并提高了旋流器的整体使用寿命。
Working principle of hydracyclone:by the function of centrifugal force field, to accelerate the settlement of solid particles in pulp and strengthen the separation process.It is a non-movable separation device composed of two parts: the upper cylinder and the lower cone. When the pulp goes into the cylinder by a feeding tube with involute or spiral, under the powerful action of centrifugal force field it can quickly complete all separation process. Fine and small granularity go out from the upper overflow port; coarse granularity and high density material go out from the lower sand outlet.
Cyclone integral structure design using different diameter taper ratio and pyramid ratioto ensure the slurry in the cyclone maximum tangential velocity, reduce the energy loss, get the best grade enrichment effect. Using this technology, many sets of small diameter cyclones can be taken the place by a larger diameter one to achieve the same classification effect under the same operating conditions, so as to save user`s investment
Cyclone lining wear-resisting layer can be adopted according to different material properties and working conditions such as corundum ceramics, special rubber, KM wear-resistant composite ceramics, PD ceramic repair materials, poly imide resin, silicon carbide, etc. It can also use different wear-resisting materials in different parts for the same hydrocyclone according to the needto realize synchronous cyclone parts wear, thus greatly ensure the classification accuracy and increase the whole service life of the cyclone.
