On November 25, Jiang Daming, the ministry of Land and Resources Minister met with The Hon. Stefan Atlas, the minister of Swedish health and social affairs and public management housing in Beijing. They exchanged in-depth cooperation to promote mining, cadastral management, surveying and mapping and geographic information system, and reached a consensus.
Jiang Daming, on behalf of the Ministry of Land and Resources, gave a warm welcome to Sweden guests. Jiang Daming first briefly introduced the function of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and made a brief description about the overall deployment of the third plenary session of 18 and land management policy. He pointed out that the Swedish started early, technology new, and advantage strong in the field of sustainable development and innovation, the accumulation of a lot of experience in the cadastral management that was of reference significance to establish on the basis of land estate unified registration system for China. He said that both the two sides had a common point in many areas and could establish mutual benefit and win-win results through cooperation of bilateral relations.
Jiang Daming suggested that both the two sides duly signed a memorandum of understanding for the sustainable development of mining areas in the field of mining, and lay a solid foundation for the substantive cooperation in the field of sustainable development in mining between them; Promoted the depth of the cooperation between enterprises, good foundation existing in the two sides cooperation in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises, further deepen exchanges being the direction of effort of mutually beneficial cooperation in the future; Hoped that the two sides commonly improve the technology level of geological survey and exploration through the project cooperation, geological survey, training and other ways; In cadastral management, continued to conduct "comprehensive training of cadastral management between the two sides" project, in view of the new situation of the current China`s real estate unified registration, summing up experience, further expanding the cooperation areas and forms, promoting cooperation in the field of cadastral management more deeply; Timely negotiated and signed the cooperation agreement with Sweden mapping, cadastral and land registration. At the same time, Jiang Daming said that we supported communication and cooperation in the field of surveying and mapping and geographic information.
Mr. Stefan Atlas said that he was very glad to reach the agreement in the field of cooperation of mining, cadastral management, mapping and geographic information systems between the two sides, and he hoped to sign the agreement in due course. At the same time, he spoke highly of the current advance of China`s real estate registration system, and he thought that it was to promote the government information publicity, powerful measures to win people`s trust and believed that the pragmatic cooperation in this respect between the two sides would yield substantial results.
It was reported that The Hon. Stefan Atlas would also visit the state bureau of surveying and mapping and geographic information, and discuss the concrete cooperation in the field of surveying and mapping and geographic information with Xu Deping, the vice ministry of Land and Resources Minister.
