Annual Outstanding Contributions Awards of CHINA MINING were announced in the evening of October 22nd, 2014. Thirty-four departments and companies received Sponsorship Outstanding Contribution Awards, Participants Outstanding Contribution Awards, Exhibition Outstanding Contribution Awards and Service Outstanding Contribution Awards respectively.

China National Gold Group Corporation, Shandong Zhaojin Group Co., Ltd, Zijin Mining Group Company Limited and other 5 companies received the Sponsorship Outstanding Contribution Awards. Department of Land and Resources of Liaoning Province, Department of Land and Resources of Hunan Province, Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd and other 8 departments and companies won the Exhibition Outstanding Contribution Awards. The Participants Outstanding Contribution Awards were presented to President Wang Xiancheng of JCHX Mining Management Co., LTD, President Sun Feng of Northwest Mining and Geology Group Co., Ltd for Nonferrous Metals, Secretary General Zhang Zhimin of Mining Association of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. And the Service Outstanding Contribution Awards were given to Tianjin The Long Distance Bus Company, Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Tianjin Land Resources and House Vocational College and other 2 departments and companies.
It is reported that the Organizing Committee has set up “CHINA MINING International Cooperation Award” in 2006 which is presented annually in CHINA MINING in order to encourage those enterprises, organizations and individuals from home and abroad, to participate in CHINA MINING actively, and sustainable development of CHINA MINING. It has been presented for 8 years and has positive promoting effects on summarizing the successful cooperation lessons in mining area and impelling the process of opening-up and reform in Chinese mining industry.
According to the current situation of mining industry, CHINA MINING Organizing Committee decided to change these awards to “Best Contributions Awards of CHINA MINING” and developed “Rules for Best Contributions Awards of CHINA MINING Appraisal” in order to accelerate opening-up and sustainable development of Chinese mining industry. These awards will be given to Chinese companies, foreign companies, Sino-foreign joint ventures, national and international associations, institutions as well as chambers of commerce who have been involved in CHINA MINING for more than two consecutive years and work in mining-related areas. The concrete awards include Best Sponsorship Awards, Best Exhibition Awards, Best Participants Awards and Best Service Awards. The appraisal of Awards will be organized once a year and there will be no limit on the number of winners, except the Best Participants Awards.
